At Two Hearts Homestead, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, please allow a short processing time before your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure that each product meets our quality standards before it leaves our homestead.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. During busy seasons or for custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. We do our best to keep shipping costs fair and reasonable. Local pickup may be available upon request — please contact us to arrange a time if you’d like to pick up your order directly from our homestead.

Once a package has been shipped, Two Hearts Homestead is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows an issue, please reach out to the shipping provider directly, but we’re always happy to assist if possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
